ChromeRivals features many custom missions where you need to complete several different tasks. They reward the player with essential items required to improve their gear. The missions are often increasing in difficulty as you progress however their rewards increase too. ChromeRivals custom missions are accessible in the mission list under Aerial Strike, War of Pandea, Revolt Ignition and SPECIAL tabs. Every Tier 1 custom mission except the SPECIAL tab missions reward the player with quest tokens of their respective tabs. These tokens are required to complete 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% completion missions of each tab. Also every 50% completion mission gives the player a Tier-2 Quest Key to unlock the Tier-2 missions of their tab that are generally more difficult and offer better rewards. In total there are 119x Aerial Strike Quest Tokens, 116x War of Pandea Quest Tokens and 373x Revolt Ignition Quest Tokens.

To unlock all custom missions, first you need to complete Custom Quest Unlock mission, under Aerial Strike tab. For that mission you are required do have Quest Key in your inventory. This item is only given to first created gear-type characters, in order to prevent players from abusing the quest system.

Aerial Strike

There are 4 main mission categories in Aerial Strike custom missions:

  1. Monster Hunt: For these missions you need to kill set number of monsters in different maps each mission, with increasing difficulty and rewards. They can be completed in formations.
  2. [Tier-2] Grind Whore: These missions are completed upon accepting them and give the player rewards for leveling from 110 to 120.
  3. [Tier-2] X Engines: Gather all 4 X Engines for this mission.
  4. [Tier-2] SP/MS Token Missions: Repeatable SP/MS token collection missions.

War of Pandea

The missions of War of Pandea generally focus on gathering items to complete the said missions. This mission tab also features Time Pressure missions.

  1. Chrome Orb: You need to gather items shown in recipes to upgrade the Chrome Orb one mission at a time to be rewarded.
  2. Collection Missions: You need to gather minerals, killmarks, fragments, Infinity Field orbs etc. to complete these missions.
  3. Time Pressure: Kill the target monsters in given maps in a limited amount of time.
  4. [Tier-2] Chrome Orb: Same principle with the Tier-1 Chrome Orb missions with higher difficulty and better rewards.
  5. [Tier-2] Collection Missions: You need to gather NGC Weapons, WP capsules and minerals.

Revolt Ignition

Revolt Ignition custom missions have five main categories:

  1. Token Gathering Missions: The goal of these missions is to collect tokens from SP/MS wars and bosses to complete these missions.
  2. All Out War: Players need to kill enemy gears to complete these missions.
  3. Golden NPCs: Missions where players are required to kill golden monsters going map by map.
  4. Miscellaneous: Some miscellaneous misions that require players to complete different tasks.
  5. Time Pressures: Players are given a limited time to kill monsters in NGC maps in these missions, [Tier-2] missions of Revolt Ignition are in a way evolved Time Pressure missions.
