Common error messages

WS_Closed

You lost connection to the server. Most of the time it only means your connection is very unstable. However, if the error persists, it could mean the cause is your antivirus/firewall preventing the game from connecting to internet, or some broken files that can be fixed with manual patch.

Ressource file error

One of your game files is missing/corrupted, if applying a manual patch doesn't work, you will have to re-download the game. If the error persists after that, it could be some missing .dll files which can be fixed by re-installing the requirements from the launcher.

0xF6238265 (or similar codes)

This error usually indicates that the chromerivals.exe file has been deleted by your antivirus. You will have to set up an exception for the game folder and then restore the chromerivals.exe file.

0xc000007b

This error mostly means some launcher requirements are missing or that your are missing some windows updates. Can be fixed by re-installing the requirements from the launcher.

You've been banned and you think it's a mistake? Don't worry, you can join the discord and open a ticket with the command /cr ticket create in the #Bot channel. The staff members will give you an answer as soon as they are available and unban you if it was indeed a mistake.
