Ticket, support ticket is a way to communicate with staff about game ban, payment issues or bugs found in game.
To open a ticket head out to our Discord. Locate #bot channel and execute the /cr ticket create command*.
Special discord channel will be made just for you and the staff team where you can describe your issue.
